🐰 Rabbit Adoption Policy & Terms
Welcome! We take great pride in raising happy, healthy rabbits and want each one to find the perfect forever home. Please take a few moments to review our adoption policies before reaching out.
🩷 Before You Adopt
Rabbits can live up to 12 years, so bringing one home is a long-term commitment.
We encourage all potential owners to do plenty of research before contacting us. We’re always glad to help with questions, but we ask that new owners take time to learn the basics of rabbit care before contacting us.

We offer lifetime support to all of our adopters once your bunny is home — including help with care, diet, and health questions.
If you rent or live in an area with pet restrictions, please verify that rabbits are permitted before committing.
Also, check for allergies to rabbits or hay prior to adoption.
🧾 Basic Adoption Policies
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns once the bunny leaves our care.
If a health issue arises within 10 days, you may return the rabbit (with a vet report) for a replacement of equal or lesser value.
💰 Deposits & Payments
Deposits and payments are non-refundable, unless we cancel the sale.
Deposits hold your rabbit until pickup; full payment is due when rabbit is picked up.
Pickup is required within 7 days of the scheduled go-home date, or within 2 weeks of deposit for rabbits older than 6 weeks at the time of reservation. Other arrangements can be made by request.
Failure to pick up or communicate will result in forfeiture of payment and reservation.
Accepted payments: Venmo, Zelle, and Cash.
Boarding is available at $20/day per bunny, paid in advance.
🚗 Pickup & Transport
Pickup is available in:
Cypress, CA (90630)
You are responsible for pickup or arranging transport.
We can refer you to trusted transporters, but we do not arrange or cover transport costs.
If using a third-party transporter, your rabbit is considered “as-is” once it leaves our care. We cannot guarantee health after transport due to factors outside our control.
🩺 Health Warranty (10 Days)
If your rabbit develops a contagious disease or congenital condition within 10 days of purchase:
Notify us within 24 hours of the first symptoms.
Return the bunny with a vet report and all paperwork.
We will provide a replacement of similar value (which may not be available until new litters are born/ready).
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover illness or injury caused by neglect, abuse, mishandling, heatstroke, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for vet bills or reimbursements beyond the original purchase price.
⚧ Gender, Size & Temperament
We do our best to accurately determine gender, but mistakes can occur with young rabbits.
If an error is discovered within 10 days, we will offer an exchange (if available) or a 10% refund for the inconvenience.
We cannot guarantee adult size, temperament, or show results.
🧺 Rehoming & Returns
If you can no longer keep your rabbit:
Please contact us first — we will gladly take your rabbit back.
No refunds will be issued for returned rabbits.
📜 Breeder Sales
We sell to pet homes, 4H/FFA students, livestock breeders, and show breeders.
Pedigrees are available if requested at no additional charge.
All pet bunnies come with a birth certificate.
🧡 Final Notes
Each bunny includes a small bag of transition feed and a care guide.
We reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time (a full refund will be issued if this occurs).
By placing a deposit or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
We care deeply about our rabbits and are committed to finding them loving, lifelong homes.
